At Noble Watch, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


✅ Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including protective films, manuals, and any included accessories).

  • Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or resizing are not eligible for return.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at 📧contact@noblewatch.store with your order number and the reason for return.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Watches that are worn, used, resized, or altered

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 contact@noblewatch.store.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or variation, please place a new order once your return is approved and refunded.
